Opportunities with Echoing Green and The Foundation for Sustainable Development

No matter whether you specialize in event planning, fundraising, programming; if your interests are health-related, in the arts, or reproductive justice, this page will have at least one interesting opportunity for you! We were also recently came across the Foundation for Sustainable Development (where alum Julia Mergendoller ’07 works), a program which encourages individuals, friends, or families to embark on international service trips during the Thanksgiving holiday. Individuals will go either to Argentina or Nicaragua and individuals are encouraged to apply for an enrichment grant to defray the cost of attendance. Learn more about these trips here.

I am the Civic Engagement Fellow for 2013-2014. While a student at Wesleyan I double majored in Psychology and Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and completed a joint thesis during my senior year. I am interested in issues of social justice, mental health, media, and global welfare.
