The Green Street Arts Center is currently seeking an on-site student coordinator
for the AfterSchool program. Duties involve helping to recruit and to organize
volunteers and work study students for the AfterSchool program. This position requires
approximately 5-10 hours per week (heavier in the beginning/before each semester).

The on-site coordinator will need to be on-site at Green St. about 3 afternoons per
week, in order to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of volunteers and work study
students. This is a paid position.

Previous experience at Green St. or in other child-centered educational programs
is preferred. Self-directedness, good communication, strong organizational and
problem-solving skills, as well as, a willingness to listen and to process feedback are all needed for this leadership position.
