WEShadow Opportunities

CCwinterLooking for a way to fill up your five weeks of winter vacation? Why not take a few days out to shadow someone in your anticipated industry? Check out a few of these great shadowing opportunities:

WEShadow Managing Director, Family Services/ Stamford Jewish Community Center: The Stamford Jewish Community Center has a nursery school, daycare, after school, seniors, and fitness programs that could be a part of the shadowing experience. The interest of the student would shape the experience and this shadowing opportunity is perfect for students interested in social work and/or education. This would be a three-day shadowing experience and the dates are flexible.

WEShadow Founder/Executive Director/ AIM HIGH: For students interested in the non-profit arena, school reform, educational equity. We invite you to spend a day at the Aim High office meeting the different organizational leaders, learning about non-profit start-up and sustainability and key educational issues.
This is a one-day shadow opportunity in San Francisco and the exact date will be discussed with the student.

Apply to up to three WEShadow experiences through MyCC by 11/15.
