Ramapo for Children is looking for talented, passionate people to join our team.  We are recruiting seasonal summer staff who are looking to embrace the exceptional, experience an unmatched professional opportunity, and make a difference in the lives of children with special needs.   Camp Ramapo summer staff live on the Rhinebeck, NY campus from June – August working to make lasting contributions to children with social, emotional, or learning challenges.

Ramapo is also hiring graduating seniors for our full-time RamaYear position.  Our RamaYear staff have a wide range of backgrounds and college majors, but all share a desire to engage in meaningful work and make a difference in the world. At Ramapo, you will receive unmatched training, hands-on experience and the chance to impact the lives of children and the adults who work with them.

Our Speaker:  Adam Weiss ’89, Chief Executive Officer.

Adam Weiss has been Ramapo’s CEO since November 2010. Before joining Ramapo, Adam was a consultant who advised numerous youth-service organizations on strategy, governance, and program design.

Jelisa Adair

I am the Civic Engagement Fellow for 2013-2014. While a student at Wesleyan I double majored in Psychology and Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and completed a joint thesis during my senior year. I am interested in issues of social justice, mental health, media, and global welfare.
