Kai Wes and the “Innovation Through Design Thinking” students are bringing J. Dontrese Brown – a motivational creative design professional and a former creative director – to impart the following skills and lessons (and more):

• Establish credibility with the organization’s key stakeholders as creative strategist within the organization’s structure. Creative leadership belongs not only in the creative, marketing and communications divisions of an organization, but also in the operations, strategic business and leadership positions.
• Build a culture of innovation: how design thinking is about more than style.
