Support High School Students – Volunteer for Exploring College Pathways

Exploring College Pathways

A Program Sponsored by the Jewett Center for Community Partnerships in partnership with Middlesex Community College, Middletown High School, Maloney High School, and Coginchaug High School.

The Exploring College Pathways Program is a program designed to help high school juniors explore their interests in college. Wesleyan University stakeholders and community partners support the work of high school teachers and administrators as they bolster student knowledge of and preparation for the college admissions process. Participants will leave the program knowing more about the college admissions process, how to present themselves as an admissions candidate, and with a plan for applying and getting accepted to college.

This program is made possible through collaboration with a diversity of Wesleyan and Middlesex Community College departments and student groups.
Volunteers are needed for student panels and leading discussion groups.

Exploring College Pathways is a series of workshops that will take place at Middletown High School and Maloney High School between March 26th and April 30th.
Transportation will be provided from Wesleyan.
