As schools and businesses prepare for the possibility of closure, it is extremely important for the mental health of our residents that we don’t lose the strong sense of community that is fostered in Middletown. In a shared effort to stay healthy and connected, Middletown Youth Services is working on creating a “Middletown Digital Mental Health Kit.” This kit will include tips and tools on managing stress as well as a series of videos from local yoga instructors, dance teachers, and gym coaches with guided at-home practices to encourage maintaining a healthy body and a healthy mind.
