Jhoni Ada is passionate about the intersectionality of green communities, sustainability, business, and technology, particularly in the age of climate change. In this period, she strongly believes that leadership is an expression that should be rigorously cultivated in all our communities. Jhoni graduated with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and studied Digital Media & Design and Business at the University of Connecticut — Go Huskies!. When she isn’t tackling-larger-than-life concepts, ideas, and systems, she works as a lead organizer with the Sierra Club to save a 422 acre forest located in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
