The Future of Sustainable Food Business
This two-week course, co-led by College of the Atlantic, runs from July 31-August 15. It addresses the future of food and sustainable business in remaking our food system. Students work in close collaboration with sustainable food businesses and make recommendations on improving community sustainability.
