Wesleyan Student Voting Information

Want to Vote in the 2020 General Election on November 3rd?
First, Register to Vote! 

 

  1. Register to vote in Middletown (as a Wesleyan student, you are a Middletown resident), or 
  2. You can register to vote in your hometown by absentee ballot. 

 

Want to Vote in Middletown? You Must:  

 

  • Be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Middletown, at least 18 years of age on or before the next election, have completed confinement and parole if previously convicted of a felony and have had your voting rights restored by Registrar  
  • Use your local street address of your Wesleyan residence in registration form section #5. Your WesBox should be entered in section #6 – mailing address. Your local or cell phone number can be entered for section #7. 

 

Register using the Online Voter Registration System by Tuesday, October 27th

OR Return your registration form to the Middletown Registrar of Voters Office

Postmark Deadline: Tuesday, October 27th

In-person Deadline: 5pm on Tuesday, October 27th

OR Register and vote in person on Election Day at Freeman Parking Lot Q

 

Polling (Voting) Locations: If you choose to register before election day and vote in Middletown, most (but not all) Wesleyan Students will vote at Middletown’s Voting District 14 located within Beckham Hall in Fayerweather at 55 Wyllys Avenue.
