Background: During the pandemic, elderly individuals have been most at risk for being socially isolated. Our aim is to soften the effect of social distancing through intergenerational connection. We pair volunteers (college students) with elderly pals in a one on one friendship.

Job Description: The intern’s main objective is growth strategy. The intern will manage communications with existing partners, reach out to senior centers, and manage social media channels. We plan to include the intern in weekly meetings to move forward our web/mobile app and our podcast.
