SOCAP (Social Capital Markets) is a multi-platform organization dedicated to the flow of capital towards social good. Their event series connects innovators worldwide – investors, foundations, institutions and social entrepreneurs – to build a market at the intersection of money and meaning.
SOCAP Health — a cross-sector view into what creates health in our society, and where new market opportunities exist — will take place on June 24-25 at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York City. The conference will explore frameworks and look holistically at health systems, social systems and solutions that generate well-being in communities.
Discounted tickets are available until June 1. Learn more and register* at health.socialcapitalmarkets.net.
*If you are a Wesleyan student and you attend SOCAP Health or other conferences, you may be eligible for subsidies from the Patricelli Center for Social Entrepreneurship Enrichment Grant fund. The fund is closed for 2013/2014, but applications will be accepted again starting on July 1. Learn more on the PCSE website here.
